Heather Yanak

Heather Yanak co-founded B3OND after 20 years in the legal, compliance, and leadership/talent management industries as a practicing attorney and strategic advisor.

Throughout her career, Ms. Yanak has served as a guide to hundreds of Global 2000 general counsel, chief compliance and risk officers, human resource executives, and their departments. She is a recognized expert in the areas of compliance program creation and evolution, talent and team development, project and change management, and departmental transformation initiatives; she is frequently invited by national and global organizations to present to their constituents on these topics.

In addition to serving as Chief Executive Officer of B3OND, Ms. Yanak is also Managing Director of Cameo Advisory Group, a business management consultancy.  Previously, Ms. Yanak was with Huron Consulting Group (now Consilio) and the CEB Compliance and Ethics Leadership Council and CEB Legal Leadership Council where she assisted executives at the world’s largest companies in navigating the cost-pressures, evolving risk landscapes, and functional requirements facing their departments.

Heather received her B.A. from Tulane University, for which she currently serves on the Houston Tulane Alumni Association Board of Directors, and her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.


Tracy Davis Bradley

Tracy Davis-Bradley is a tenured executive with 20+ years of experience advising companies, government agencies, and higher education institutions on improving organizational performance by better managing risk. Her focus has been on helping organizations be more data-driven and strategic when building and supporting effective compliance, risk, and integrity programs. She is a published thought leader in integrity, compliance, and risk with a focus on assessing organizational culture and risk, improving decision-making, and harnessing analytics and technology to identify misconduct, fraud, waste, and abuse. Her work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, BusinessWeek, Risk Management Magazine, NYSE Magazine, and Corporate Secretary.

Dr. Davis-Bradley is a co-founder of B3OND and is also the Founder and President of Illuminate Advising & Analytics, LLC, in McLean, VA.  Before joining B3OND, Dr. Davis-Bradley worked with CEB (Corporate Executive Board) and ABC (Advisory Board Company) from 2006-2017. During that time, she provided guidance, support, and research to Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsels, Heads of Audit, Chief Risk Officers, IT Executives, and Chief Human Resource Officers, and their teams, while also serving as CEB’s subject matter expert on assessing and addressing organizational culture and risk. While at CEB, Dr. Davis-Bradley was awarded the firm’s Force of Ideas award for her research on identifying the leading indicators of misconduct.


Prior to her work with CEB and ABC, Dr. Davis-Bradley worked for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), JMI Services, Inc., Stratus Consulting, and CNN. She has served on numerous boards of directors, including the University of California Board of Regents, UCLA Alumni Association, and UniCamp. Dr. Davis-Bradley holds a B.A. in Anthropology, a M.A. in Education, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change, all from UCLA. She lives in McLean, VA with her husband and 2 children.


Caroline Starry

Caroline Starry was reared in the Texas hill country but has called Houston home for almost 18 years. She earned an undergraduate degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin followed by a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston. After stints planning events and overseeing public and media relations for the Galveston-Houston Assn. for Smog Prevention, the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, international philanthropist Becca Cason Thrash, and revered, lifestyle media relations firm Studio Communications, Caroline launched a freelance writing, editing and consulting business in 2012.


While working for Thrash, Starry oversaw logistics on many high-profile projects for entities including the Musée du Louvre, UNICEF, Best Buddies International, Houston Ballet, the Texan-French Alliance for the Arts, Valentino, Cartier, Zac Posen, Tory Burch and many more. Her role included managing media and public outreach and correspondence and acting as liaison for Thrash in logistical situations. Studio Communications saw Starry overseeing dynamic accounts over myriad genres like multi-use project CITYCENTRE, “EaDo” the East Downtown Management District, national brands like Pinkberry and Smashburger, and additional local and national restaurant and lifestyle campaigns.  


Since 2012, in addition to running her own business, Caroline oversees "The Louise Fund," a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that helps worthy students obtain culinary or hospitality educations after high school. She is the current board chair of The Catastrophic Theatre, a board member of Lott Entertainment, and sits on development and steering committees for the Menil Collection and the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston. She was awarded Houston Grand Opera's Ovation Award for young philanthropic leaders in 2012.
